- Is transportation included? Yes, local transportation is included during the tour (like tuk-tuks, boats, or cars depending on the location). You just need to arrive at the meeting point – we’ll take care of the rest.
- What if it rains? Photography in the rain can actually be beautiful! We adapt to the weather and may shift locations or timing to ensure the best shots. If conditions are unsafe or heavily affect the tour, we will reschedule or offer a refund based on our policy.
- Do you offer private or customized photography tours? Yes, we do! If you want a private session or a special itinerary, we can tailor a tour just for you. Just contact us in advance to plan it together.
- What’s your cancellation or refund policy? We understand that plans change. You can cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before the tour. Cancellations made within 7 days may be partially refunded depending on expenses already made. Contact us for details.
