Yes, depending on the tour:

  • Some tours require a deposit to confirm your booking.
  • Others require full payment in advance, especially for custom/private tours and multi-day packages.
  • Selected day tours allow you to pay in cash upon arrival — this will be clearly mentioned in the tour details.

The deposit amount varies by tour, usually 20% to 50% of the total price. The exact deposit will be stated in the tour details or discussed during the booking process.

Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure payment link via WeTravel, where you can easily pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Absolutely. If you prefer to settle the full amount before arrival, you can do so through WeTravel, Bank Transfer, or Western Union.

Yes. Credit card payments are processed via WeTravel, a trusted platform used by tour operators worldwide. Bank and Western Union transfers are handled securely and confidentially.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and receipt. If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance (if any) will be due as agreed (either before arrival or upon arrival).

Yes, for some day tours and standard packages, you can pay in cash on arrival. Please check the individual tour page or contact us to confirm if this option is available for your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Multi-Day & Custom Tours

We understand that plans may change. However, since these tours require advanced reservations, logistics, and coordination, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 46+ days before departureDeposit is non-refundable
  • 45–30 days before departure30% of total tour cost
  • 29–21 days before departure60% of total tour cost
  • 20–14 days before departure90% of total tour cost
  • Less than 14 days before departure100% of total tour cost (no refund)

Note: All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax. The cancellation date is considered the date we receive your written notice.

Day Tours & Short Excursions

We offer more flexible cancellation terms for single-day tours:

  • More than 24 hours before the tour startsFull refund (no cancellation fee)
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour starts or no-show100% of tour cost (no refund)

Refunds are issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or Western Union) within 7–14 business days, depending on your provider’s processing times.

Cambodia Travel

Tipping is not mandatory but always appreciated. Many service workers earn modest wages. Here’s a general guideline:

  • Tour guide: USD $7–10 per day
  • Driver: USD $3–5 per day
  • Restaurant: 10% of the bill
  • Hotel bellman/maid: USD $1

Ultimately, tipping depends on your satisfaction with the service.

  1. Visa Exemption:
    • 30 days: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Vietnam
    • 21 days: Philippines
    • 14 days: Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, Seychelles
  2. Visa on Arrival:
    • Available at Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville airports and most land borders.
    • Cost: USD $30, valid for 30 days
    • Bring a passport photo (3x4cm) and your passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  3. E-Visa:
    • Apply online via the official Cambodian E-Visa website
    • Valid for 30 days, single entry
    • Not available for nationals of Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan
  4. Land Border Tips:
    • At some land borders, officials may charge $1–$2 extra unofficially. It’s best to politely insist on the official fee.

No, we do not include insurance. However, we highly recommend you purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip.

  • Malaria is present in rural areas. Risk is low in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh city but higher in jungle and remote regions.
  • Preventative malaria medication and mosquito repellent are recommended.

Yes. For example, the third level of Angkor Wat is closed on Buddhist holidays. We’ll inform you in advance if any closures affect your itinerary.

  • USD is widely accepted everywhere in Cambodia.
  • ATMs dispense US Dollars, not Khmer Riels.
  • Coins and old or torn USD notes are NOT accepted – please bring clean, crisp bills.
  • Small change may be given in Cambodian Riels.

Respectful attire is required:

  • Shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women.
  • Lightweight, long clothing is recommended.
  • Modest dress is enforced at temples like Angkor Wat, and access may be denied for inappropriate attire.

Trekking in Cambodia Forests

  • You’ll sleep in covered hammocks with mosquito nets.
  • We may build a roof tent, depending on weather.
  • Villagers, cooks, and guides support the trek, and guests may carry small gear like water or their hammock.
  • All meals are included.
  • Vegetarian options are available with advance notice.
  • Meals are cooked by our team using local ingredients.

Yes. Use mosquito repellent, wear long clothing, and consult your doctor about malaria prophylaxis.

  • Treks run mainly from November to June (dry season).
  • During heavy rain or unsafe conditions, treks may be postponed or rescheduled.
  • Roads in Cambodia can be rough, unpaved, and bumpy in some areas.
  • Travel delays are possible.
  • Bring a sense of adventure and patience to fully enjoy your trip!
