Itinerary Is Subject to Change
This itinerary is written based on our tour research expeditions. It should be read in order to get a good general impression and NOT as a detailed hour by hour itinerary. As we care about your safety and always want to increase customer’s experience, Asean Angkor Guide’s team can change parts of the tour due to weather terrain conditions depending on the season and customer requests. If the program is changed upon customer’s request, possible additional costs will be charged directly to customers.
Before you go
Please note that from time to time our itineraries may be amended, either for operational reasons or in response to feedback from customers. Please ensure you have read the latest Trip Notes before booking or travelling on your tour.
Making Payment
No deposits are required for most bookings. You can pay the guide after the tour ends. For larger groups and in some circumstances, a deposit may be required.
Booking agreements
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Asean Angkor Guide tipperary accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:
1. YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
The contract is between the Company and the client, being any person travelling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the Company. The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Cambodia law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodia Courts. No employee of the Company other than a director has authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.
2. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
Should the client wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be imposed. All cancellation must be received in writing, sent to us via email or WhatsApp. Asean Angkor Guide must be informed in writing. These are calculated from the day written notification is received by the Company or their agent as a percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
a) 24 hour and more days before departure – free of charge
b) Less than 24 hours before departure – 100%
Multi-Day & Custom Tours
We understand that plans may change. However, since these tours require advanced reservations, logistics, and coordination, the following cancellation charges apply:
- 46+ days before departure – Deposit is non-refundable
- 45–30 days before departure – 30% of total tour cost
- 29–21 days before departure – 60% of total tour cost
- 20–14 days before departure – 90% of total tour cost
- Less than 14 days before departure – 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
Note: All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax. The cancellation date is considered the date we receive your written notice.
Group Day Tours & Short Excursions
We offer more flexible cancellation terms for single-day tours:
- More than 24 hours before the tour starts – Full refund (no cancellation fee)
- Less than 24 hours before the tour starts or no-show – 100% of tour cost (no refund)
Private Day Tour
- More than 7 days before the tour starts – Full refund (no cancellation fee)
- Less than 7 days before the tour starts or no-show – 100% of tour cost (no refund)

Refund
Refunds are issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or Western Union) within 7–14 business days, depending on your provider’s processing times.
